Late Policy: There is a 7-minute late policy. If you think you will be late, please contact me and we can discuss if I can still take you for your appointment or if we will need to reschedule.
Rescheduling Your Appointment: If you need to reschedule, you must give at least a 2-hour notice before your scheduled appointment in order to keep your deposit, which will be used for the rescheduled appointment. You are allowed to reschedule your appointment 2 times. By the 3rd reschedule, the deposit will be charged and a new deposit will be required to schedule another appointment.
Same Day Cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable for same day cancellations. No call/no shows will be charged 100% of the service that you have booked. I understand that emergencies happen. If you have an accident, an emergency, or a sudden illness, please try to contact me at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment. We will discuss cancelling/rescheduling your appointment and exceptions to the required deposit policy rule.
